Geoff and Juan encourage their clients to visit Victoria Furniture anytime they wish during all phases of the furniture construction. This helps to build a good working relationship, and the clients can see their furniture being built first hand, from the initial selection of the wood to the finished product and all the details in between.

How we work.

The first thing Geoff does after your initial inquiry is set up a time to meet with you in your home to discuss your requirements, at which time he can take any necessary measurements that may be needed for the construction and offer suggestions to help you in making your decision. Then a quick sketch is made so you have a good idea of what the finished piece will look like. From that a detailed, scaled drawing of the finished piece is made, and brought back to you for you to review. At this time any detail changes can be made. once you have approved the design, Geoff will provide you with a quotation and a time estimate for the project. Geoff and Juan strive to have your project completed on or before the completion date and they guarantee their work for a period of one year.
